What is your jewelry made of?
All of Class Act Imports jewelry is made from Nickle Free Sterling Silver.  We chose only high quality products.  Our Amber is all Baltic Amber. 

What payment methods do you accept?
Class Act Imports accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If you have an aversion to plastic cards and would like to pay by check or money order, please contact sue@classactimports.com for info on alternate payment methods. Sorry, we don’t accept orders COD. 

Do you ship internationally?
Class Act Imports will internationally, but we cannot offer free shipping outside of the US.  If you are outside of the US and would like to place an order, please contact us at sue@classactimports.com and we will be happy to assist you. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Class Act Imports, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.  

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping option.

I have a problem with my order
Customer Service is our top priority.  If you have received your order and are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately at sue@classactimports.com so we can find a way to make you happy!  We will take any item back within 30 days.  Please be sure to save the original packaging. 

How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at sue@classactimports.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
